AI integration services in Australia: connect AI agents to the systems you already use
AI integration services connect agents and automations to the software your business already runs, such as your CRM, ERP, finance, email, document and data systems, so they can read and update information safely. We build integrations through official APIs and connectors wherever possible, with permissions scoped to only what each agent needs.
Vermilion Intelligence is an AI and automation consultancy helping mid-to-large organisations in Australia and New Zealand put AI agents to work on repetitive tasks.
Systems we connect
An agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach. Integration is what turns a clever demo into something that does real work in your business.
You shouldn't need to replace your systems to use AI. We build around the tools you already use.
CRM
Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 and similar, for contacts, deals, cases and activity logging.
ERP and finance
NetSuite, Business Central, MYOB, Xero and others, for orders, invoices, stock and ledgers.
Email and calendars
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace shared inboxes, mailboxes and calendars.
Documents
SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and document management systems.
Data
Databases, spreadsheets and data warehouses that feed reporting.
Messaging
Microsoft Teams and Slack, so agents can ask for approvals where your people already work.
In-house systems
Your own applications, through their APIs, webhooks or database.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our systems to use AI?
No. In most cases agents can connect to the systems you already use through their APIs or built-in integrations. Replacing a core system is a big decision that should be made on its own merits, not because of AI. We design around what you have, and flag any genuine limitations during the assessment.
What if our system doesn't have an API?
There are usually other options: scheduled exports and imports, a read-only database connection, email-based hand-offs, or as a last resort, screen-based automation. Each has trade-offs in reliability and maintenance, which we explain before recommending one. Sometimes a vendor will provide API access on request.
How do you keep system access secure?
Agents use dedicated service accounts with the minimum permissions they need, never a staff member's login. Credentials are stored in a secrets manager, access is reviewed with your IT team, and every action is logged. Where possible, agents read data rather than change it, and changes go through approval steps.
